Grading Policy

Before being put up for sale, all used records are professionally cleaned, inner sleeves replaced (when required), placed into a protective plastic outer sleeve, and play-tested to ensure accurate grading and pricing. We do our best to include detailed notes about each record's condition (scratches, marks, surface noise, blemishes, etc) and conservatively grade them based on their playback and appearance.

While returns/refunds are generally not accepted, if you feel a record has been graded incorrectly or you are unhappy with the condition of the record, please reach out to us at contact@liftedtrax.com to discuss the matter.
