ORDER


Orders are made directly from Lifted Music Trading Pte Ltd, trading as Lifted Trax in Lorong Telok, Singapore.

We will process your order as fast as possible.



PRICES


The prices of our products are indicated in SGD (Singapore dollars).



PAYMENT


All goods and extra costs have to be paid to Lifted Music Trading Pte Ltd before the items can be shipped out or collected. Payment can be made through Visa/Mastercard. Payment is final after successful transaction. Final processing of your order will only happen when payment is received.



SALES CONTRACT


Orders can be made through this site. If you place an order with us this constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract with Lifted Music Trading Pte Ltd. The sales contract between Lifted Music Trading Pte Ltd and the purchaser is established from the moment the order is concluded on our website and the purchaser receives confirmation.



AVAILABILITY


All goods are sold in the amounts that are available to us. Our stock is updated with every purchase. Should there be a problem on our part we will contact you as soon as possible to try and resolve the problem. Lifted Music Trading Pte Ltd reserves the right to such errors made on our website. If the goods you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you for a refund. 



DELIVERY & SHIPMENT


All our records are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes so they can withstand the abuse of shipment. All items from the order will be delivered to the address provided by the purchaser. Lifted Music Trading Pte Ltd can not be held responsible for shipping to a wrongly/poorly provided address. Lifted Trax is not responsible for any damage made by the delivery company (in this case you will have to voice a claim with them). Items for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all these fees and none of these fees can be passed onto Lifted Music Trading Pte Ltd.
